• We have a strict 14 day return policy. You will need to have your item(s) postmarked within 14 days of receiving your order based on your tracking information.

• You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).

• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed.

• If the return is due to an error on our end (defective, wrong item, etc.), we will issue a full refund including the shipping costs related to the return.

• Anything worn, washed or missing its original packaging.

• Hosiery and beauty products (face jewels, and glitter) where the packaging has been opened.

• For hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept any return items with visible signs of use - this includes cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, etc. Please check your item(s) carefully before sending them back.

• You can begin your return by completing the form on our Returns policy page

• A return address will be sent to you via email.

• The item(s) will be inspected and accepted ONLY IF they meet our conditions noted above. Once processed, you will receive an email with the details of your refund. If accepted, you will be refunded via your payment method within 3-5 business days.

If you were sent the wrong item or received a broken/defective item, send a photo of the issue ASAP to info@festivalshred.com

• Orders are processed 7 days per week, excluding major holidays.
• Orders placed before 5pm PST will begin processing same day. Any orders placed after 5pm PST will begin processing next day. Processing may take 1-3 business days before your order ships out.
• Once shipped, you will receive an email (or text) with your tracking information. Please allow 1-3 business days for your tracking number(s) to update.

Please note that made to order items have a 5 business day production period (does not include shipping time).
